It is hard to shift a way of being when we keep on using our own heads. We need to read, watch movies, speak to people... To try find new ways of seeing and thus new ways of thinking and being.

Compassion, acceptance and a spirit of generosity to ourselves and others should direct our behaviour. You never have anything to prove. You are YOU and that is perfectly good enough, ALWAYS!
